Use my for I, your for you, our for we and their for they. The word does not change for a plural noun: my shoes.
My sister and I love our house.
Our means my sister and me.
02
His, her, its
Use his for a man, her for a woman and its for a thing or an animal.
Tom's bag is blue. It is his bag.
His means Tom's.
03
Its or it's?
Its (no apostrophe) shows that something belongs to it. It's means it is.
