Free printable bingo, flashcards and word searches
Pick one of our vocabulary topics (food, animals, clothes, jobs and more) and choose what to print. Every topic comes with pictures, so the bingo cards and flashcards work for children and beginners who cannot read the words yet. You can also paste your own list of words, in which case the sheets show text only. Press “Print / save as PDF” and your browser does the rest.
Picture bingo
Choose a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 grid and how many cards you need. Every card is different, so players do not all win at once. Squares can show the picture, the word or both. A caller’s list with every word in a random order is printed on its own page, so you can tick words off as you call them. Press “New random layout” for a fresh set of cards.
Flashcards, word searches and gap fills
Flashcards print four, six or nine to a sheet with dashed cutting lines. Put the picture on the front and the word on the back and print double-sided, or print picture and word together on one side. The word search has an easy mode (across and down) and a hard mode (diagonals and backwards) and prints an answer key. The gap-fill sheet takes each word’s example sentence, removes the word and lists the missing words in a word bank.
Printing tips
In the print window choose “Save as PDF” as the printer to get a file. Pick A4 or Letter in the tool first so the sheets match the paper. For double-sided flashcards, turn on “flip on long edge” in your printer settings. The pictures come from the Noto Emoji set (Apache-2.0) and their credit is printed at the bottom of each sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make bingo cards with pictures?
Yes. Choose a vocabulary topic and set the squares to show the picture, the word or both. Each card gets a different layout, and a caller’s list is included.
How do I save the sheets as a PDF?
Press “Print / save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in the print window. Your browser creates the file on your device; nothing is uploaded.
Can I use my own words?
Yes. Choose “My own list” and type one word or phrase per line. Own lists have no pictures, and the gap-fill sheet needs the example sentences of a vocabulary topic.
Are the pictures free to print?
Yes. They come from the Noto Emoji set under the Apache-2.0 licence, which allows this use. The credit is printed on each sheet.
